Who runs ProAccess.me
ProAccess.me is operated by LithiumWeb Online Services LLP, a registered LLP in Prayagraj, India, in business since 2012 and also behind LithiumWeb.com and Hostimizer.com.
What you are buying
Each product page shows its access type. Private account: an account made for you alone. Upgrade on your own email: we upgrade the account registered with your email. We are an independent reseller, not the official brand, unless a product says otherwise.
Safe payments
Payments go through secure payment gateways and orders are only confirmed after the gateway confirms payment to our server — never just because a success page was shown. We never see or store your card details.
Warranty & refunds
Every product lists its warranty period. If it stops working inside that window through no fault of yours, we replace it within the product's replacement limit. Orders we cannot deliver, that sell out, or that are invalid on delivery and cannot be replaced are refunded in full. Delivered and working items are not refundable.
Your security
We will never ask for your ProAccess.me password, card details or one-time codes. Only trust the contact channels listed on our Contact page.
Getting help & complaints
Open a support ticket with your order ID, use the chat assistant, or email support@proaccess.me. We reply within 24 hours, usually sooner during support hours (Monday–Saturday 8:30 AM – 11:30 PM IST, Sunday 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST). If you're not happy with an answer, reply asking for escalation and the owner will review it.
