1. Who we are
ProAccess.me is operated by LithiumWeb Online Services LLP, a registered LLP based in Prayagraj, India. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Refund & Warranty policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your ProAccess.me account secure. Delivered items are tied to the account or email that purchased them.
3. What you are buying
Every product page states its access type. A 'Private account' is an account created for and given to one customer only. An 'Upgrade on your own email' plan upgrades the account registered with your own email address. We are an independent reseller and not affiliated with the brands whose products we sell, unless a product page says otherwise.
4. Validity and renewals
Each plan lasts for the validity shown on the product page, counted from delivery. Plans do not auto-renew; renewing means placing a new order.
5. Payment and delivery
Orders are only confirmed once the payment gateway confirms payment on our server. Delivery times are explained in our Shipping policy.
6. Warranty and refunds
Warranty coverage and refunds follow our Refund & Warranty policy, which forms part of these terms. If a product stops working inside its warranty window through no fault of yours, we replace it within its replacement limit. Orders we cannot deliver, or items invalid on delivery that we cannot replace, are refunded in full.
7. Acceptable use
Do not share, publicly post or resell delivered credentials outside our official Reseller program, and do not change account details you were asked not to change. Doing so may void the warranty and lead to account suspension.
8. Your security
Our team will never ask for your ProAccess.me password, card details or one-time codes. Contact us only through the official channels listed on our Contact page.
9. Availability
Stock is finite. If an item sells out before fulfilment, the order is cancelled and refunded in full.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
