Shipping policy

1. Digital delivery only
ProAccess.me sells digital products exclusively. Nothing is posted or couriered, so no shipping address is required and no physical shipment ever takes place.
2. Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order, worldwide. The price shown on the product page in USD is the total you pay — no shipping or handling charges are added at checkout.
3. Delivery method
Codes, keys and credentials are delivered electronically to your account dashboard under My Downloads, to the email address on your account, and to Telegram if you have linked our bot.
4. Delivery time
Automatic orders are delivered within seconds of payment confirmation. Manually reviewed orders are usually delivered in under 10 minutes during business hours; orders placed outside business hours are processed on the next working day.
5. Delivery countries
We deliver to customers worldwide, except where a specific product is restricted by its publisher. Any regional restriction is shown on the product page before you buy.
6. Failed delivery
If an order cannot be delivered — for example the item sells out during review — the order is cancelled and refunded in full. See our refund policy for details.
