Revealed items

Because delivery is instant and irreversible, license keys, codes and account details that have been revealed are not refundable.

If an item does not work on arrival, contact support within 24 hours with proof and we will replace it free of charge.

Products with a stated warranty period are replaced from live stock if they stop working inside that window.

If payment is taken but no stock is allocated, the order is refunded in full automatically.
