Refund & return policy

1. Digital products
Every item sold on ProAccess.me is a digital product (license key, code, account credential or download). Because delivery is instant and irreversible, a delivered and working item cannot be returned in the traditional sense.
2. When you get a full refund
You receive a 100% refund if your order is never delivered, if the item goes out of stock before fulfilment, if the delivered item is invalid or already used, or if we cancel your order for any reason. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as wallet credit — your choice.
3. Warranty replacements
Products carry the replacement warranty stated on the product page. If an item stops working inside the warranty window, contact support with your order ID and we replace it free of charge. If no replacement stock is available, we refund the amount paid.
4. When refunds do not apply
We cannot refund items that were delivered and working but no longer wanted, items broken by sharing credentials or changing account details, or claims made after the warranty window shown on the product page has expired.
4a. If activation fails or access is revoked
If an item cannot be activated, is invalid on delivery, or the provider revokes access during the warranty window through no fault of yours, tell us with your order ID. We first try a free replacement; if we cannot replace it, we refund the unused value to your wallet or original payment method. For 'Upgrade on your own email' plans, keep the email active and unchanged so we can restore the upgrade.
5. How to request a refund
Open a ticket on the Support page or email support with your order number and a short description of the issue. We reply within 24 hours, usually sooner during support hours (Monday–Saturday 8:30 AM – 11:30 PM IST, Sunday 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST).
6. Processing time
Approved wallet refunds are credited immediately. Refunds back to the original payment method are issued within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
